Shyness and the fear of large fees
The story
A person is good at work that commands a high price, and cannot name that price. Talking to a client, the shyness arrives, the voice drops, the number comes out as an apology — or doesn’t come out at all. The skill and the knowledge are in place: what is missing is not arguments but inner permission.
This case stands apart: the person who asked for help works with people himself. He came the ordinary way — with a request, with payment, for two sessions — because this particular place does not yield to your own effort. That is also how a method gets tested: a practitioner knows how the work is built from the inside and would spot an imitation faster than any client.
What we did
Two sessions. The root turned out not to be about selling at all: it lay in childhood situations around accepting his father, and in beliefs carried from his parents. While that knot holds, any work on sales scripts repairs the consequence rather than the cause.
We went through the situations that tied the knot and put in their place something that works for the person rather than against him.
