After a relationship: getting control back
The story
The relationship had ended; the state had not. He kept being pulled into emotional spirals he could not get himself out of: the same thoughts on a loop, the mood collapsing, control over his own reactions slipping. In his own words, it felt like being destroyed from the inside.
The work here is not about the relationship or about the other person — neither can be changed now. It is about what stayed inside: a reaction that keeps firing long after the reason for it is gone.
What we did
We took apart what was holding the state in place: which emotions switch on, what they respond to, and what keeps pulling him back to something already lived through. Once the shape of the loop becomes visible, there is a way out of it — not by willpower, but because the mechanism that kept it turning stops working.
One important note: if the situation is ongoing and unsafe, safety comes first, not the state. Therapy works with the aftermath, once a person is already out.

Evidence
The review uses the Russian word for “healer” — it comes from “whole” and means one who helps restore wholeness. The method being discussed is hypnotherapy.
